Actually, I'm kind of okay with waiting for them to resume their work and fix the problems on Monday if that's the case. Just as long as they don't delete the ticket that I've submitted today :\

Hey I got my code! got a ticket message saying they are processing it... And 6 hours later I got my new code. I am scared to redeem it though, dont wanna make the same mistake. Any guidance for an idiot?
