holidays suck when you need service. I'm in the same boat with service 1 EA (my char) and service 2 CE (no char). If only there would have been a message stating "You already have a FFXIV ARR account service, are you sure you want to create a new one?" or maybe "You have a FFXIV ARR service, did you mean to add this registration to that service?" would have saved so many people from this mistake.. I need my FFXIV fix >.<
Don't feel bad. If you did what I did, all you did was follow EXACTLY what the email told you to do. the one SE sent out, that gave HORRIBLE/WRONG directions in the first place.
btw don't ever mess up again, because you can only have this kind of service once in the entirety of your account.... and you have to use it to fix their mistake.
you mean doing it directly while those of us who submitted tickets 4 days ago are still waiting and got told via live chat to wait more? Well what EU does in EU isn't my concern. but I would be pissed if i got bumped back in line. Kudos to EU's support team giving 2 sh*t's more than NA though.
Indeed, that would be complete shit, or due to the higher flux of NA tickets sent in, they are fixing the ones they already "escalated" by themselves, instead of sending it off to Japan, since they finally realized it was backwards ass of them to be sending all these tickets Japan's way lol.

Currently 43 in the queue with 10 minutes waiting time, got a feeling that I will be thrown out of the queue and will sit there for another 10 hours without any success.

Will try to talk to that tired guys on a chat ( worked in support for 5 years, it's at least 12 hour shifts...), maybe he drinks enough coffee to transfer my account correctly.
Are they only fixing the EU accounts?
