I read the same and I didn't sleep in the whole night for this!!! I'm a patient person, but SE knows how to piss me off. I feel like I wasted money, I can't even use my free time either, because the NA support centers don't want to work on weekends while EU does!!! That's madness, I would like to elevate a complaint but there's no use for that since they don't give a sh** for us, apparently. I'm tired of SO many problems...

I believe, this is what happened. The chat opened up (NA) and we were all in que, even the guy 1st in que didn't get talked to for over an hour+ after that the "EU Chat officially opened up" so somehow no one is working @ NA one but it opened up; even though it says it's opened at 12AM and we all waited until the EU service came up, and thus we got put into the EU chat. Well played SE, way to troll every NA player.
