Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Anyways, I was able to speak with two different EU agents (lol) One of them mentioned that NA support is closed today. :\

Does anyone know how I can get into contact with NA live chat? I used a link I seen on here earlier and pasted my ticket into the url and I got EU support that couldn't help me. There is no option anywhere on the NA support site for live chat and I've checked every option on the list.

Ended up in EU server even though I went through the NA support site...one last try before I call it quits and asking for a refund.

And you just contacted them for chat support? well your EU im NA I don't know if that makes a difference, but mine still isn't done and I submitted a ticket 3 days ago, and again almost 24 hours ago, and had it "escalated" supposedly.

How did you contact them?
