    The 9am for support yesterday is local time, not GMT. The workers don't change their starting time by an hour during the summer!

    But because this is an emergency situation we don't know what time they will start up. My guess is the workers are in and being briefed on this situation. I would hope some kind of emergency workflow method has been devised between the Support Centre and Head Office in getting these Service Account issues resolved..

    I am also searching for an agent (currently in que 120) to tell them for the second time. Different agents say different things, and if that means getting this issue resolved ASAP, then fine by me.

    Um... So I checked my log and found the url for when I was on chat support yesterday, I clicked it and apparently it placed me in a queue... Does this actually work though? The url has my ticket number from yesterday in it too.

    Edit: so I should change the ticket number? Wonder which number to pick though - the original one from a few days ago that's supposedly been escalated? Or the latest one I created?

    guys yesterday I spoke with chat .... k told me,

    now I have escalated the details to our head office who will Try their best to get the registration code moved to the correct account. Sadly they are very busy at the moment so I can not estimate how long it will take but it will be as soon as possible ..


    but how long should I wait? I have to do something else?
