dont think EU chat is up at all, despite the time showing they are up

Here is the step by step on how i got to that link.

1. Go to: https://support.na.square-enix.com/
2. Top right corner click on support.
3. From the banners in the middle click the FFXIV one.
4. From the 4 big blue squares click the third one that says Billing or payment issues.
5. Click on the button that says Additional Assistance
6. From the dropdowns on Category assistance select Account billing and from the other one Additional Services. Enter a brief summary.
7. Then click one the Proceed with Chat support.

That must be the queue for NA chat then. The agents have probably gone to sleep? But the queue system is still in place.
