Clsass quests should go to 50 right?

reach lvl 30, complete lvl 30 class quest, make certain you have the 2.0 version 2nd class requirement, get the Job quest, and return to Job NPC trainer for all Job quests.

You misunderstand, I'm stuck at the level 30 Archer quest. I have completed the entire Bard questline already, but why can't I do the level 35 - 50 Archer quests?
