Still nothing on the Mogstation account. Ticket is showing up as open though still on the site. Guess I'll hope the head office works weekends.

Okay so just to clerify. I somehow created a 3rd service account instead of using my 2nd service account. So I placed a couple tickets about 3-4 hours ago. The chat and phone lines are supposed to be open at 12:00 PST right? So in an hour and 15 minutes or so. So should I try chat or call to try and get my ticket escalated.

I really really want the whole weekend to play the game. I am really upset with this and just hoping that I am getting this right. Please let me know if all of that is correct.

they say they are working......first real weekend for an mmo i'd hope they are working......however they are finding time to put dorky cosplay girl pictures up on their twitter account from PAX....if you call that work
