Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

The person in charge has a responsibilty to the product as a whole. So yes we can hold him responsible. The fact is that the whole beta/pre order/collecters edition redemption/product key entry procedures scattered across multiple websites was a ridiculous decision. A simple, clean, easy for a third grader to use interface for all features should have been implemented from day one. If ny 9 year old niece is able to go on her own and input her pre-paid wow cards that i buy her without any help, then square could have followed suit and made everything a lot more simpler and transparent for users.

According to the conversation myself and others have with different support staff 2 days ago, no they are not going just by ticket number. Because of the number of calls & live chat session they are having, they have no time to go through email (tickets) according to orders, so those who talked to them (call/chat) will definitely get priority. Those who didn't not will eventually get fixed but will obviously take longer.

Also, people who called and got their cases escalated have different time frame of the account being fixed too (apparently not in time order) So I really don't know how they set their damn priorities.

I do not think it is fair when people call them and get prioritized but then if you spent hours after hours trying to get through to them I think you deserve getting a quicker response.

All I really would love to say is...f**k you SE you need to up your game.

A friend of mine had the same "issue" and a few hours later his account was fixed...Pray my friend.

Think of this, they stopped selling digital copies right, then day after they stop this starts happening was it forseen or intended so see what us players are like under stress or what i mean idk but i think outside the box and i thnk they might have done this on purpose i mean shi why would they all a sudden stop selling digital copies -__-

well i only wanna buy the digital copy. but obviously they have stopped selling em.. T.T

There's an Add Platform button somewhere within the page of the service account you wish to use. It may look like a symbol from the game itself. NOT the Add Service Account button, as we've all learned quite painfully.

I get the feeling that Squenix simply directly translated Mog Station from Japanese and that the website makes more sense in Japanese? Maybe. I don't know how it reads, so I'm unsure. This is just a series of stupid mistakes, and now everybody's paying for it.

So what im wondering, if I purchase the regular game and tie it in with my pre-purchase code, will I get to play and later when they transfer over the collectors edition, I'll get those benefits as well?

How hard would it have been to have one account and one page to register your payment? I have literally bought cars in the past that were easier to purchase than trying to register and pay for this game. In this day and time it is nearly impossible to screw something up so badly and the ice the cake with taking weeks to resolve the issue. It is bovine excrement!

I am providing hope that they're working on it and if you're able to chat with them do the following,
1) be nice. They person you're talking to is just doing they're job in helping you fix your issue and it's not their fault.
2) give them every piece of info clearly
3) hope for the best.

I was told it'd be 2 weeks. Came home to it being fixed in hours. I'm impressed. Of all MMOs i've played, all are plagued with issues. I appreciate when good customer service is applied. keep trying if you haven't gotten them on the phone or on chat.

Oh and to confirm. My 30 days free trial was restarted.

I hear what you are saying, I was just trying to warn you that coming in here and posting a celebratory good job customer service post is not going to win you friends.....you got your's fixed awesome.....others who have contacted and gotten through have not and others havent even been able to get through.....just not appropriate considering the audience you were making the announcement to. glad you got yours fixed, there is hope for the rest of us........
