    According to the conversation myself and others have with different support staff 2 days ago, no they are not going just by ticket number. Because of the number of calls & live chat session they are having, they have no time to go through email (tickets) according to orders, so those who talked to them (call/chat) will definitely get priority. Those who didn't not will eventually get fixed but will obviously take longer.

    Also, people who called and got their cases escalated have different time frame of the account being fixed too (apparently not in time order) So I really don't know how they set their damn priorities.

    I do not think it is fair when people call them and get prioritized but then if you spent hours after hours trying to get through to them I think you deserve getting a quicker response.

    All I really would love to say is...f**k you SE you need to up your game.

    Think of this, they stopped selling digital copies right, then day after they stop this starts happening was it forseen or intended so see what us players are like under stress or what i mean idk but i think outside the box and i thnk they might have done this on purpose i mean shi why would they all a sudden stop selling digital copies -__-

    How hard would it have been to have one account and one page to register your payment? I have literally bought cars in the past that were easier to purchase than trying to register and pay for this game. In this day and time it is nearly impossible to screw something up so badly and the ice the cake with taking weeks to resolve the issue. It is bovine excrement!

    I hear what you are saying, I was just trying to warn you that coming in here and posting a celebratory good job customer service post is not going to win you friends.....you got your's fixed awesome.....others who have contacted and gotten through have not and others havent even been able to get through.....just not appropriate considering the audience you were making the announcement to. glad you got yours fixed, there is hope for the rest of us........
