Just got out of chat.
My ticket with the proper form filled out hasn't been addressed in 3 days with out any response so i got in chat que @ 4pm and was kicked out when it got to 1 person in que. Then when i got back from dinner about 8 I started up the que of 400 again 2hrs+ latter @ 10:30 I got some one. SO 2 , 2hr+ Que tries I got a rep in chat. verified what needed to be done and asked for escalation.
Rep seemed to closed all the dupe tickets and just left one with the form and chat log.
Note still hasn't been fixed but at least I got a rep in chat. They know about this thread and the chat que problem.
i finally had a laugh today....ive never watched it, but ridiculousness is on mtv....don't know who left it on, but at least i laughed at some dude falling off a see-saw
You can buy a subscription right? Does anyone know if you buy a sub if it will carry the free 30 days over after with it? I mean I don't care that much ultimately, I just want to play this weekend.
nope....you'd have to buy a whole new copy of the game and apply that code
You can buy the Sub for the one with the game code but it wouldn't do you any good there...
The sad thing is you cannot set up subscription with your Beta/EA account and if you set it up on the wrong service account, you will be wasting your money cuz I think it was stated on the form that subscription on the wrong account will not be refunded

Frankly I couldn't care less if I woke up tom. and SE didn't exist anymore. I care about myself and other customers who have been treated badly. It is like Yoshi (producers name right?) crying on stage and everyone feeling sorry for him. I don't care. His tears don't allow me to play the game I paid for.Generally comes down to how you view your problems, I personally won't be stressing over this issue and will keep sending in my tickets until it's sorted.
It's more important to me that SQUEENIX will actually learn from this experience and change how things will be handled in future, I don't think anyone wishes to go through this much hassle for a videogame ever again.
There really is no excuse for an established company to be this inept at customer service. A lot of customer angry could have been avoided by keeping everyone well informed as a group and on a more personal level. They decide to cheap out on it, so they deserve the angry customers.
so if we buy a second game - we can't register that game on our service 1 account?
