i talked to "Chris" on the phone from the NA cs center.....he seemed indifferent and rushed, talked faster than an auctioneer at a pig auction, and i felt dirty when he was done with me.......LOL I am one of the lucky ones who got it fixed before my EA ran out. I couldn't help replying to your post cuz at least at the NA support centre you get nice people (well, that's if you get through) who is willing to answer all your questions politely even though they give you the BS answers like they are not certain they do not know etc.
Try calling the EU support centre and get Julien or Pierre they are the biggest jerk in customer services, bad attitude, out right rude, wouldn't listen etc etc I even saw some people put up a chat record of one of these reps asking their customer "We are busy here why are you wasting our time"
