Has anyone tried to cancel the second service account and reregister the same game again trying not to make the previous mistake? It might cost the free trial period, but if it works I'd be more than willing to do it.
You aren't going to be making friends here telling people to relax. A lot of people plan around the launch of a game and spend their hard earned money on them. To be ignored by SE for a week (for EA people) can make anyone quite angry.
So. Any opinions on waiting? Should I remake my ticket?

I contacted them on "27/08/2013 00:39" and got your standard "This email has been sent to notify you that your ticket was received properly" automated reply on the "27/08/2013 16:07"
After that? Nothing. Nope. Nada. Nothing but the same 'open' state and no more replies. Or a fix.

Weird, I can't even see the status of my ticket. Maybe because I just created it a few minutes ago?lol

Today I really considered to quit the game after this issue. I'm astonished with the BIG trouble they made us go trough just to play the game: 312890381902 serial codes, 38293829 registration pages, being careful to fulfill the exact fields and when you're set, get to log in and 1017 error, 3102 error, 90000 error, lag, maintentances when you're able to log in, SE support that takes an eternity for an answer and unsolved tickets. And, on the other hand, an awful part of the community that doesn't make you enjoy the game by being douches or arrogant to you because "you don't play well".
But, in a second thought, I would consider to play it again when this issue is solved. I expect SE to realize these flaws to improve their whole system and to find good people ingame.
