its still open (i can still cancel it)
I'm fed up and contacted every video game website I can think of and sent them a link to this thread and the thread on Reddit. If Square Enix won't talk to us, we'll talk to the press. I strongly recommend that everyone else here who is frustrated do the same thing. Until it hurts, Square Enix must feel that they can gloss over the fact that their poor communications skills ended up with many players having similar issues - but are only repairing a small number of them.
I know I made a mistake. I can man up to that. I also know getting it fixed is a process and I also have no problem jumping through the hoops and sitting through my allotted wait time. However, I do have a severe problem with getting put in a que only to have it cancel when it's my turn. I tried to contact customer support for literally their entire work day only to enter que after que after que after que. What happens when it gets to my number? Cancels every single time. If I'm not going to get a chance to talk to a representative then why the hell does the que even exist? If you cannot handle everyone on the que then you do not allow any others to be que'ed up. Once you give someone a spot in line and then procceed to tell them that they will not get any attention at all from a rep when their time comes that's just horrible customer service.
Yeah, I'll be trying again when their office opens back up. Perhaps I'm too naive and should give up on it, but I refuse to be that cynical. All I'm asking for is a little honesty. If you're not going to let me talk to someone then tell me. Do not allow me to que into the line if you cannot handle the workload.
Please link direct live assistance because i cna't get to it from there
Where are you guys going to check the status of your tickets? I have the ticket number that was generated when I put in the request to have my service account 2 stuff moved over to 1, but I don't see anything about the ticket in my account information.
One word... regret
http://support.na.square-enix.com/ for the NA users to check their ticket status.
http://support.eu.square-enix.com/ for EU.
I'm not sure what happens when one ticket is completely red. It makes me nervous.
