..How are you supposed to tell if your ticket is cancelled or not? Why would they cancel tickets in the first place? I'm getting tired of this crap.

thats just stupidly poor, and to say this problem is not a priority?? why not just leave it in que and do your job SE
Sadly I wouldn't mind getting that email at this point, I sent mine in Monday night got a auto-reply Tuesday and nothing since other then the post last night I think that they closed all tickets for the 48 hrs. Even tho my ticket still displays it is open...this was an email i got early today from SE... and well.. see for yourself

Anyone care to share a link (or method to get to a link) for the NA chat? I know it's past 6pm PDT and they are closed, but I wanna try tomorrow at least...
I'm not going to lie, I just bought a new PS3 game for $30 at a gamestop. I saw this thread at 300+ posts, still in a chat line for over two hours and some people have had this issue for over 5 days. My weekend playability (if I can play) is worth $30 and I don't think my support ticket will get fixed in the next 7 days. I will request something from them as my issue was a bit different.
On the PS3 when it asked me to select a service account it showed my Service Account 1 as having active characters (which was my account used in Beta 4), it showed my Service Account 2 as having no characters. Now my Open Beta character name and Early Release character had the same name. So I figured they finally fixed that stupid choosing between Final Fantasy XIV 1 and Final Fantasy XIV 2. Little did I know it was actually different service accounts. To go even further when playing Early Release it wouldn't let me access the Open Beta characters/account which is why I recreated them.
This is horrible, and I will complain, but sadly that won't be with me not paying

Just hit next until you reach the page that has Proceed to Chat Support then just follow the steps..
Just make sure you figure out how to scroll down when it gets to the screen that shows your account and characters. There's a hidden button you have to press. DO NOT PRESS CREATE NEW ACCOUNT. Or it will just be the same thing that happened to you on pc.So, I was considering adding a PS3 FFXIV game to my account at some point. Given the long weekend and the want to play, does anyone reckon if I do purchase the PS3 disc and add that to my account (the service account I've tried since 11AM CST to access), that they will, eventually, fix this mess and apply the thirty days I have coming with my PC purchase?
Before the "Don't give SE more money for their effups." I get that, but this is the first subscriber based game in awhile that I can reckon spending some time with, so I'm willing to invest in something I had planned on anyways.
