Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

I was a total idiot and bought the CE. Even if I buy another copy of the game, I've lost all the CE perks if I use a different key. This is the last time I believe in a game from SE enough to not only preorder, but the preorder the collector's edition. First, they sent me a EU code for Early Access so I didn't get in. (Thankfully, I cancelled a SE copy and had the preorder code from that purchase to unlock EA. The CE preorder never got EA.) Now, another code screw up caused me to create a second service account on my PS3. I feel doubly screwed by SE. I was able to deal with all the server lock outs during EA because I figured I'd be able to play this weekend on my purchased account. I wish I could go back in time and tell myself to NOT BUY THE GAME. I'd have waited a few weeks and bought & played Tales of Xilia instead.

Fill out Category/Sub Category, and summarize the issue.
Hit Next.
Hit Next.
Scroll down, hit 'Proceed to Chat Support.'
Enter all of that info, hit Next.

Because I have faith that a month from now, they'll have most things figured out, but I want to play right now, not in a month. So I'll warily hand them money just to give me what I want right now. I want things. Money? Take it? Give me things?
