Seriously, this is just pathetic. I thought I was DONE with scraping at SE's customer service doors when I talked to a person yesterday. Can't believe I actually went to bed last night thinking this would be repaired.
Wonderful thing is, I'd blow another $30 to fix this if they hadn't STOPPED DIGITAL SALES BECAUSE OF A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PROBLEM. *sobs uncontrollably*

oh i am contemplating to start cruising around to all the gamestops, best buys, powezones, targets, kmarts, walmarts in the philly area and finding a boxed pc version if i wake up in the morning and its not fixed

Then click on Contact.
Then click 'Get Support.'
Fill out Category/Sub Category, and summarize the issue.
Hit Next.
Hit Next.
Scroll down, hit 'Proceed to Chat Support.'
Enter all of that info, hit Next.
Hit 'Start Chat.'
Why would you guys give this company even more money when they can't even fix something this simple? and SO OBVIOUS?
