I really thought after waiting for hours on hold, finally getting through to a human being, creating a ticket and getting it escalated would actually fix this problem. Its been about 24 hours my account still has two service accounts. It wouldn't be as nerve-wracking if they hadn't have closed my ticket early this morning.

People were saying that you had to change 2652279 to your actual ticket number. If you're on a ticket that's already been closed/canceled you'll never get through.
