Quick update...After being on the phone waiting for 3.5 hours. Got through to Kevin or Kelvin or something. Quickly took down all my info and said to check back often but they'll get it fixed asap although it could take up to two weeks. I did walk out with one good tips at the very least for anyone who is still needing to work with this.

Lesson 1) was that don't call using landline since you'll rack up a crazy charge (I did for yesterday...2.5hrs and got dropped. $0.40/min == $50+). Use skype and have that 2.99/month unlimited calling between US and Canada.

Lesson 2) Be prepared to wait for a LONG time. Luckily I had a friend over who could brought me lunch, otherwise I would've probably starved to death over lunch.

Lesson 3) If possible use your phone and use skype app so you aren't tied down to the desktop computer like I was and couldn't go anywhere. (Ties into lesson 2 why I had my friend get me lunch)

Checked back to mogstation and saw no change so far, but I only got off the phone about 3 hours ago. Doubt I'll be able to play over the weekend but at least I got the escalation done.
