found it. once you have registered your C.E. with sony. then you have to download the whole game, again. a screen will pop up between logging up and game start up that has you "update" your game. once you do that the mog station will update and you will get your bonus. This sounds like its only go for people who has a physical copy of the C.E. of the ps3. my days changed once I did that. I have a "service" now

Okay here is a question and hopefully it is not to dumb lol...but I see that I can get my items from version 1, like the pets and helm. My question is, if I claim them on one server will they be only available on that one character and on that one server? Or is it possible to claim them for any character I might create and no matter the server? Cause I didn't know that my original character from XI did transfer over. And he is on a different server atm, I might transfer him to the current one I am playing on now. But would I be able to benefit from the items on any and all characters?

Some of your digital registration keys that give the 30 days in add new platform(not add new service) in the mogstation are in your spam folder.

I bought the game on psn europe.the standard edition...but when i try to log in its says that i dont have any active service and tells me to buy the game on psn or redeem code but psn version doesnt bring any code....

In mog station keeps says that i dont have any service

I have a question: I am a non-legacy player who pre-ordered the game back in late May. My early access time is about to run out, but if possible I would like to wait to register my 20-character code until next week (and thus activating my free initial 30 days), when hopefully the congestion problem is mitigated. Is this something that I can do safely, or do I have a limited amount of time to enter my code before it 'expires' or something? This probably seems like a bit of a stupid question, but I just don't want to take any chances on losing my order or something.

Actually, it was stated many times on many different websites that the only way a 1.0 Non-CE could get CE would be either to DIGITAL UPGRADE their PC or to buy the PS3 CE.

What site? I went off the official pre-order site that SE released. I knew V1.0 players got a free normal game download, but I would of liked the CE items when starting ARR. If they had mentioned that I couldn't get them from a PC EC I would of bought the PS3 version. Got a complete game just sitting here now. I can't return it since I open the sealed box expecting a bonus code for CE items.

I've sent a form with mail support, but it took 2 days just to get the reply "We have you ticket". Guessing they will be back logged quite a bit after the launch, so time will tell.

It was posted multiple times by Devs on the XIV-ARR Beta Forums, and many people quoted their own support tickets regarding it. Also, I know a few sites like Kotaku and reddit had mentioned it.
