    Question:

    They told me my ticket to merge my service accounts was escalated, so I'm assuming that means it'll be eventually fixed. Or at the very least they know I have a problem. What I'm thinking of doing in the mean time, though is buying another copy of the game and then just correctly applying that code to my other service account.

    If the end up merging my accounts and I bought another code, do you think this will screw anything up? x: I really just want to plaaaaay asdfghjkl.

    I said this before too, and I entirely agree; there is no reason why they couldn't just give everyone a few more days so that their customer service people can catch up to all the tickets. I get that they're handling an INSANE number right now...what I don't get is not extending the EA a little bit longer so that people wont be unable to play on a (long) weekend.

    I really wish their estimated wait times were closer to being the true time. I was told I'd be connected in 10 minutes, like an hour and a half ago.
