They should've just really extended the EA to a few more days til they get all accounts in order. They were quick to do that the last time they had server troubles... lol
This is much too frustrating. I don't know if they'll be opening their support service this weekend since there's so many people, but I doubt that I'd be able to get a hold of anyone any time soon. This is so frustrating that I can't really stand it.
All I want is what I paid for, instead of vague answers from auto-messages. I would have actually felt better if my email was answered with something saying that they're working to fix my issue immediately...or something.
ok, if it is going to take several days to fix the problem... would it be smarter to just continue on the new service account??? i mean im level 23.... if it is going to take 4 days to fix the problem i could just level to 23 in that amount of time.
That's if you can even make a character in any of the servers. Lol
That's what I was thinking of doing as well, but the problem is all the NA servers are closed now :< At least for the moment.
Problem solved!
I wanna say that last night I got someone and my problem was fixed within hours. I never got anyone during the day. I got someone on live chat when they were supposed to be closed. It's a giant mess and hassle cause of their poorly designed websites. I hope that everyone gets it settled by next week at the latest when servers will be evened out and everyone that wants to play, can play.
