    NA who got his account working here.
    I originally filled out the form on the 26th. I was patient, hoping things would be fixed before Early Access time ran out.
    Not being able to sign on today, I wait until 9 am PST and joined the Chat queue. I actually got through and talked to an agent (who was extremely kind and helpful) rather than be told no agent was available. This was at about 10:30 PST. I did some things, checked my account a little, took a nap, woke up, and checked MogStation, to see my account was credited CE and 30 days. This was at 1:30 PST.

    To clarify
    The process went quickly after getting ahold of support.
    4 Days waiting for ticket to progress naturally
    1.5 Hours in queue to get support agent
    0.5 Hours in queue to get my ticket escalated
    2.5 Hours after getting escalated ticket (no email, just MogStation)
