
Go to mogstation and see if theres an option that says add plataform..not add new serviceyes your brilliant answer for people with physical copies of the game was to look inside the box and actually read. well the problem is instead of the reg code activating the current account you have been playing it is instead creating a new service account and deactivating your current service account with no way of undoing the process.

But that is a SE account issue...because maybe se account doesnt recognize the service correctly
what i said was for normal cases.theres people that came here and they didnt look for the code first
This morning got up at 6am.. tried to log in and received a new a screen informing me of new:
Set up square Enix Account
Re-enter my registration code.
I logged in to my already existing account...
I re-entered my registration code...and !!!!!!
It says it already Exists.........
So i am stuck and cannot log in.....
I called 310 846-0400
I talked to a girl and she moved me to tech suppoprt.......I spent 45 min on hold....
