Waited already twice with 20+ queue and got no agent available. and now a 500 person queue. Why can't I ever get connected to an agent! This is beginning to get really frustrating. I have been trying to contact customer service for the past few days all day!

I just got off live chat and the rep said they have no ETA on when these will be fixed. Granted my copy was already free due to the PSN issue for people who pruchased the game from the 13th to the 15th so I plan on checking Mog Station before I leave work and if it is still not fixed I am running to Best Buy to buy a hard copy. Regardless I will be playing tonight

I opened 3 multiple tabs, none went through.. I have 8 tickets submitted already, yesterday 2 went through but I wasnt able to check them, the moment I came back I would 5-7 minutes they DC'ed on me and my tickets were closed. Now Im still waiting for multiple chats to open.. to make it easier for you here is the chat link. input your ticket number in the parenthesis and make sure there are no blanks. goodluck! 2 hour+ wait time with 10 percent chance of success.

an update: I finally spoke with someone! atlast.. now the ticket that got closed down was re-openned and my representative was Austin P. I got intouch with him exactly at 2:30pm GMT.
ticket submitted: 8/28/13
Ticket email confirmation: 8/29/13
Got through chat support(1st time and got booted out): 8/30/13 around 12pm.
Got through chat support (2nd time and ticket escalated) : 8/30/13 around 2:25pm

Square Enix, you really got this Queue thing right. This is totally how you do it, you sit in queue just to find out if you're in or not.. Someone has been watching way too much American Idol except this shit is entirely based on luck.

Same. Trying it with my ticket now. Back to 180 in queue....some people are getting 400+, I guess I'm lucky? Already waited over 2 hours in the first queue though only to get "no agent available" crap....bleh.....

I can play on my second account if I want(the one I made mistakenly) so it isn't like I can't play AT ALL, but still....anything I do there is just gonna be deactivated anyways. At most I can tinker with different classes and/or crafting stuff, I guess.
