    I called today at exactly 9am pst too. I got a rep about 1 hour and 3 minutes in. I'm sorry yours is taking longer.

    Based on some people, they can fix it within hours or days after you get someone on chat or phone. My rep told me to call them back within a week if my issue is not fixed yet
