    7pm till about 1am - you can set your watch by it! - The World is Hyperion if that makes any sort of difference.
    my ISP are useless - all they advise is call their call centre who tell you to reset the router.
    Just to add insult to injury - if you get booted like i did at about 5 past 7, and 50 mins later im still spamming 0 trying to log in due to the world full error.

    I spoke to someone in the call centre today and when i explained the problem the guy clearly didnt have a clue what i was talking about. If the best suggestion is to "reset my router" then i lose hope with you guys. Im paying £40 a month for BB, i was quite happy on the package i previously had but was assured this would make gaming better when it fact the problem has become worse. FFXIV has just launched and between you and BT you are classing the game as p2p software. Now who do i speak to for you or BT to realise that this is a game and that currently i, and many others cannot play in the evenings which is the time id like to play it. Please can you look into this, surely its a matter that can be resolved easily. PS - i will not call any call centre again to discuss this, it is a waste of both my time and the person in the call centre. Thank you.
