Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

- After 6pm GMT onwards till about 11 or 12pm GMT and this happens every night, I play many hours during the daytime no problem at all but as soon as it hits 6pm I get a massive noticeable lag and not being able to click on npc's and being stuck in menus for up to 5mins at times.

I am definitely being throttled at these times.

Have you tried going in to your store and asking for a regrade? I haven't had a chance to test it as the servers are down at the moment, but apparently this issue is with old accounts. I've had the exact same thing.

Played up till a couple of hours ago with no problems in P3, P4, and EA. Now rubberbanding makes it unplayable.
