    My key was in my "games and software library" section under Amazon but I did have to click a little yellow button under the listing for FFXIV that said something like display key. Once I added that key everything came back to life!

    kind of what i mentioned before, there are no listings when i go under games and software library

    Make sure the charge is still on your BA. SE canceled a ton of orders because the server issues made the game not fit for players I guess.
