    It means that you can transfer characters and progress to the PS4 version, which is cool, but it doesn't mean you don't have to buy the game. Pre-orders for the PS4 version are $59. maybe they could sell them to owners of the PS3 version for $20? But even that s a bit optimistic.

    Well I always assumed that meant PS3 players wouldn't have to purchase the PS4 copy, what else could it mean?
