so i am getting this error "no valid service account is available to play FFXIV: ARR.
in order to play FFXIV: ARR, you must first purchase the digital download from the playstation store or register a product code." this is my 2nd time getting it. i pre order the game over 2 month in advance and when i finally got it. it gave me this error... so i entered the code and the code was a bad code. i called support they gave me a new code and it worked but now 1 day later i get the same error again. does anyone have the same issue and if so what did you do to fix it?

getting to the point of returning the game and getting a refund...

Early Access ends today. So that makes all the early access codes stop working. Now you have to putin teh actual retail code. Make sure you put in the registration code from the actual Box/Download of the Game. PS3 check back of game manual, PC check inside box/manual, Digital Download check Spam/Junk Folders in your personal email.

both game manual and square enix member code. I choose square enix member code. damn, it don't work at all. i m stuck now.

i have tried putting in the code and get this error in the PSN store / redeem code
"the code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid. please check your entries"
i have tried 4 times entering it and questioning some characters of the code. this is the issue i had and had to call PSN and talk to Square Enix. PSN said they do not support 3rd party games and had to contact Square Enix for new code and Sqaure Enix told me that i need to contact PSN because they give out codes. took me 4 hrs to get a new code from Square Enix yesterday that worked yesterday and now, today i can not even log in to play.

same here, I put code from product, it still don't work, no valid service account. I emailed them if they have problem with that.

The code is case sensitive, if that helps.

Did you use the registration code on the back of the manual that came with the game? (16 digit code not the 20 that came separately)

You can enter that code into your PSN account and it will automatically link when you log in.

Same here. "Code already in use" and when I try to log into the website it says I have no character attached to the account and basically forced to log out.
