    I can't help with the PS3 version but if you bought the digital windows version and you didn't receive a registration code in your email it may be on the website of the retailer that you bought it from. I bought mine from Amazon and neither Square nor Amazon emailed me with the registration code (they did email the pre-order code and the early access code just not the 3rd registration code). I went to Amazon and under "Your Account > Your Games and Software Library" it will show a listing of all of the digital games you have purchased along with their software keys. That is where I found the software key I needed to register. If you bought your digital copy from another retailer it may be on their website and they didn't email you to let you know it was added.     no i got mine for the PS3 and bought it from Gamestop. i am going to go to gamesstop after school to see if they can give me new code. it suck since im all gun ho about this game and now its becoming like FFXI for me... i dont think Square Enix care, just want money and say fix it your self.... i spent more time trying to get help for a game i pre order and want to play then playing.... i bought the collectors addition too. thats whats pissing me off more... spent an extra 40 bucks and i cant even play the game gets out... where the F*#K is the support!!!!

    at this point i dont think they give a rats @ss on supporting us... it seem to be more and more of an issue with log in and registration code then ppl playing the game. they say you need to enter the code... but dont tell you where and when you do you still need to enter it somewhere else... i heard i have to enter my 18 code at square enix site and then go to sony and add it in.... WTF it should be enter it at one location not here and there and then back here... then i got a 12 code to play the game... well that did not work out because the code was bad and when i chat with a rep at square Enix they told me i have to contact sony because they give out codes... i contacted sony, they told me they dont give out 3rd party codes and that i need to talk to Sqare enix for the code.... chat with square enix again... this time too 3-4 hrs to get a code to play... now i cant plat because i get the same error i was gettin in the 1st place..

    I feel your pain. i'm going through a similar issue. for some reason it made a new service account with my ps3 reg code. so i am getting the same error on the service account with my characters. this is the worst launch of any mmo i have ever played. and i have played eq, eq2, wow, perfect world, gw2 etc. people had problems withe early access and now my ps3 copy is currently a brick. still no reply from customer support.
