I have to ask when did they cancel your order? This doesn't really make any sense since they didn't stop Digital Orders until after official release and you should have had your key by then. Your character only shows CNJ 11 as well...I pre-ordered FF14 from Amazon.com, got a pre-order bonus code - entered it and have been playing fine during the early access. Level up to 33 Conjurer/15 Arcanist and then at 6:30am EST this morning the game abruptly shutoff and the login button was grayed out.
Restarted the client and it was asking me for a registration code. I went to my e-mail and checked through it, never got one from Amazon.com so I went to their website and checked my orders. It said that the FF14 pre-order was cancelled. I never cancelled it.
So because Square-Enix decided to disable digital download copies of FF14, Amazon.com cancelled my pre-ordered game. Makes sense right?
Pretty ridiculous, especially considering the horrid release we've suffered through, now I won't even be able to play unless I go buy a physical copy of the game? Not happening. GL S-E, have fun everyone else.
Highly suggest staying away from this company due to how unprofessional they've been. This is their second release of the same exact game and they've still managed to futz around and mess it up.
It doesn't give a date for the cancelled order, just says that it was. No one has access to my Amazon account either and the CC is valid, I recently just bought a game from Steam with the money I saved from being forced not to play FF14.
