Any suggestions? Need help.

I pre-ordered the game on the 30th of July. I don't have a confirmation email but I do have the pdf with early access instructions and a txt invoice with an order number, price, date and serial number. Now SE never charged my account. I have sent in a ticket about them not charging my account around 15 days ago. Shortly after I received a "we have your ticket and will get back to you shortly" email, but that is it.

I received my early access email and rewards already.

Now here I am twiddling my thumbs with an invoice and serial number but no registration code. I don't want to send another ticket because I know they are overwhelmed with them right now and most likely won't get a response any time soon, if at all.

Is there any way I can do something myself in the mog station myself or am I just up $*** creek until SE gets their stuff together?

The question is, where did you buy it from and or how did you come about this pdf you speak of? like i have been saying make sure to check your spam folders!
