Scared me, my ticket is still open thankfully. Possibly because it's been escalated... Talk about good timing for me. :O

i wont be able to check moogle mail now coz my 1st service account has already expired... sigh... T.T

Its 9am eastern time, my ticket was escalated at 11PM.....should I be worried it just assume people in bed and it'll be fixed today.
anyone with a link to chat support? ive been fumbling around now for the last few hours trying to figure out the whole code registration issue and like many of you have ended up with 2 separate service accounts.
Ok so i made a ticket regarding my service account issue during monday, got a respond on tuesday and still haven't heard anything of it. And now i've been TWICE in the freaking chat support and waited for 2 hours plust just to get a "NO AGENT AVAILABLE LOLOL". It's good to know that SE value their consumers. Blimey..
And now I can't even play anymore on my character without buying another copy of the game. Brilliant..

You need to make a new ticket.
