You need to make a new ticket. SE deleted tickets over 48 hours old.Ok so i made a ticket regarding my service account issue during monday, got a respond on tuesday and still haven't heard anything of it. And now i've been TWICE in the freaking chat support and waited for 2 hours plust just to get a "NO AGENT AVAILABLE LOLOL". It's good to know that SE value their consumers. Blimey..
Not sure I submitted a form Monday and after that message about them closing the tickets I still had/and do have it as open but I submitted a new ticket just to be safe...
