Assuming North America, check the spam folder on the 27th, or go to www.findmyorder.com (this is digital river's site, square uses it for NA digital orders)

if you are talking about the ps3 version, I heard you can cancel the download and just open the one you already downloaded.

Everybody (should) know as it was officially announced and even displayed directly in the game launcher launcher itself that Early acces codes are valid until today to allow for late deliveries of the physical copies of the game and uniterrupted game play.

I had to check my spam folder but there it was. My regular code and not the pre order one. Now the issue of the JP servers being down now : )

If you bought a physical copy, then your code will be in the box. So if you have not received your physical copy yet, then you won't be able to play. Mogstation won't let you setup a subscription till you register this code.

So unfortunately you will have to wait. The good news is your 30 free days does not start till you input the code, so you aren't losing any game time.

What is very frustrated, because I don't know when I will receive my physical CE PC version without trace.

I purchased the game on Aug 24, 2013 and I had the preorder code in my email and nothing else. I ordered from the Square Enix store and I have yet to receive any email on my purchase. What is the place to get the fastest response with their customer service.
