Did you get anything with 12 digits then that you could put in? Or is it still giving that issue when putting in those digits? As I said, I don't know how the PS3 one is working, so hopefully someone who has that can help if they've figured out how to solve theirs.

Unfortunately I dont think I recieved another 20 digit code. I got a digital pre-order from square directly, where did you get yours from?

For PS3, if you have the physical copy the 12 digit code is on the back of the instruction manual.(not the red and black card). With the digital copy you should have received an Email with the code. Check ALL Email folders, spam ,inbox etc. good luck!
