
I feel like Yoshi-P's effort to make such a great revamp of the game has been ruined by SE's poor customer service

I got a decent rep too, said he'd escalate to the head office.

Mine went 4-3-4-3-4-3-4-3 for the longest time possiblethen it jumped from 4 to 1. I think staring at it makes it worse xD better just play a game of freecell or something to calm your nerves =p

I think I'm in the NA chat queue with the 4 other people who left their Live Chat tab open from earlier today (er, yesterday). No one there to answer us so we're just bouncing around.

Honestly, how are you all ok with this god awful company? I payed 40$ for this god awful game and I can't even play because of their atrocious website design? When I get through to live chat I'm not even going to bother asking to merge accounts, I'm getting a refund on the money I spent on this dogshit excuse for a video game. Square enix is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with.
