
If it makes you feel any better. I have been trying for 2 whole days. Been on Na queue 5 times to have them tell me that they couldn't help me because I am an EU player, then couldn't find the EU chat support for another and this is the first time I have been succesful. I also got up for it at 8 o'clock in the morning after getting to bed at 2:30 so that I could spam the crap out of that button when it opened. So yeah... If I could wave a magic wand for everyone and fix it I would really![]()

I also queued on an chat to get told they are helpless for us. ;-) then got up at 9am Belgium time because at 10 it's 9 in London so spammed the button. Now I'm kinda not feeling like insisting anymore. I'm disgusted. Ticket was sent since 27th and no play for me anymore.

glad to see it was sorted out, at least now we know that they are indeed changing the accounts correctly, iv escalated and done all I can do, now i guess I just have to wait... so did the CE items permissions move over onto your account as well or just the 30 days?

As far as I know you will get the CE items as well, but I am not 100% certain cuz I bought the normal version and got digital upgrade

I just spoke to Chris! They were really nice.
There are some good eggs down there in the UK SE support centre!
EDIT: Hard to see on the picture (took it down), but I asked for some advice for everyone else having this issue. Chris basically said to contact them so they can escalate it to their Head Office.

The problem is some of us cannot escalate as chat support freaking sucks on the NA side, this is by far some of the worse customer service I have received in a game. Now there is worse, but for a company like SE... this is just embarrassing.

Number 55 in Live Chat queue at least now. Hopefully I get this Agent Chris. Wait...now I'm somehow 56 in the queue. How I go UP in the queue is beyond me, but it ticked down from 80 fast enough that I'm somewhat hopeful here.
