I must be super unlucky, I tried live chat twice yesterday.

The first time I got SEE Agent Pierre, after him being afk for 15mins I asked if he was there, 5mins later he said "just a minute please", then after waiting another 45mins I was disconnected for inactivity because he never said anything more.

So I jumped back in queue.
The second time I got SEE Agent Julien, he refused to escalate my ticket, and his only response to any questions was "If you put a ticket in it will be fixed by the end of today".

Still not fixed.

weak game kicked me 90000 and now saying got to start over , inactive, since account time ran out, Since placed me into account #2. Yet I paid for it and was registered. But since error is on there part , there now putting all the blame else were. Was suppose do some runs with some friends , that out the window now. Now just got a horrible taste in my mouth. There that cheap and Could not extend the trial until most of this worked out for over the weekend.
