That is unique to your ticket because of that 7 digit number in the url is, I'm presuming, your ticket number.I'm not sure if this will work, but this is the link for me: https://squareenixen.custhelp.com/ap...38027/_icf_5/2
I was talking to Pierre. From the forum posts I got the feeling that NA support seems to be much more effective these days. Pierre was AFK all the time and it took like 35-45 minutes totally for him to tell me that "actually no" and "i cannot give you any time frame". The funny thing is I posted my ticket on 27th and still without any response or fix while many others NA or EU seems to be succesfull.
Pierre should better take his creme brule and baquette drive to Paris eat croissant or two and perform some manifique voila jump extraordianaire from Eiffel Tower. Forgive the hate but how is it that many people were succesfull and not me when we all used the same way? Pierre...
How long have people been on hold on the EU phone number? Just want to get a rough idea.
The more information we can post the better everyone will feel more informed.

Well i just said screw it and canceled my Final fantasy XI account, Was planning on playing both, since lost my account #1, been like 3 days for it to get fixed.
"You are currently number 1 in the queue."
Praying to all the gods/deities/primals that I don't get stuck with the guy everyone's having problems with!
On my live chat right now. He asked my registration code, what service account I had the game on and which one I wanted it on. I also asked if he needed my ticket number from the form. He said it wasn't necessary and that he was escalating it to their head office just now.
After that he said he escalated my case for me. Hopefully that will be sufficient. If not I guess I will just have to stalk them again on Tuesday![]()
But I'm a bit more hopeful now. Will keep checking this topic and let you guys know if I see any changes or not.
Good luck to everyone on queue still. And out of curiosity, how did it go for you Puck?
Some get luckier than others.![]()

It is all nice of you, but to contradict from my own experience, this can turn out to be completely wasted time and nerves no matter our issue is the same. Some succeed, some not.Re-posting for people who don't have time to go through the thread, this is how you get live support
