On my live chat right now. He asked my registration code, what service account I had the game on and which one I wanted it on. I also asked if he needed my ticket number from the form. He said it wasn't necessary and that he was escalating it to their head office just now.

After that he said he escalated my case for me. Hopefully that will be sufficient. If not I guess I will just have to stalk them again on Tuesday

But I'm a bit more hopeful now. Will keep checking this topic and let you guys know if I see any changes or not.
