I am an owner of the original FF XIV, and never played it for much more than a month. I got a physical copy of the game, which I registered on my account ages ago. However, now it asks me for a new 20digit code, which isn't the code listed in my physical box (it says already registered). What do I do then?

I'm having the same issue, I bought it from the EBGames website as a digital copy. I got the pre-order and the in-game items, but then I got an email saying it was denied and then I got this problem. I didn't get another email with a 20 digit code, just my pre-order code.

I just had this happen to me. I bought the physical CE game. It has not arrived yet and won't until late next week according to the tracking website.

Am I just SOL until I get that box?! It's kinda BS if that's true. I sent in a ticket but I'm sure they won't answer me any time soon.

I checked for emails with that code...are there any other ways to check for your code! Findmyorder doesn't have the code either, just the early access code.

Yup this was the same problem with me. Had a new, unchecked email that had the code in it for my 30days. <3

Do PS3 players receive the same code? Coz I am searching my mailbox, got nothing.
