Full Servers; Are you fed up with it?

All I can say is if waiting a short time to play involves a span of two days, I don't think this is the game for me... shame too, enjoyed that one lone time I was able to actually play and not hit start>character>ok over and over just hoping to get in...

So, we're getting new servers, and each server requires several computers to hold all of us in it, and they have been making these preparations for awhile now, they don't happen over night, but some of us apparently think they should be manifested instantly to solve all of our problems, that's fine if you think that way but I would suggest that being high right now isn't helping anyone. Next?

Here is a Question, what would you rather?
A. Wait a bit longer but eventually get to play
B. Let the server crash and no one get to play for quite awhile, resulting in you waiting for a much, much longer amount of time

If you prefer B, you probably have issues to work out, so really it's that simple, now then, onto the next lesson.

While it has not been explicitly stated anywhere yet, I am truly hoping that free server transfers are made available with the new servers so that people can easily migrate from the overpopulated servers to the new ones.

I never said it does, you're picking out one of several points because you rather be upset than think about it, when people are being illogical, that needs to be set straight.
But for the sake of telling you how it is, new servers and server transfer would help people spread out across multiple servers and help ease congestion, plenty wish to change as it is so before you say "What if they don't change" that's how it is. On to the other point, so what? You're still not losing out on anything other than a few hours of play time, you're still playing for free which is also giving back the lost time, and this is obviously not going to be a problem that exist permanently because they're working on it.

Yeah it sucks we can't play when we want to, and that logging in is a pain in the ass. But there are other things out there than waiting for FFXIV:AAR.

Like, Netflix, Hulu, TV, a BOOK, THE GREAT OUTDOORS.

In fact, I think I might find some local FF people and we will do a live action FFXIV roleplay. Just for funsies.

Man, I wish I had the classic Red Mage outfit in real life. I would never wear it in public since I'm not really into that sort of thing, that and I'm pretty sure people would just think I was dressing as a pimp. I guess they would be partially right as Red Mage's are totally pimp, but enough of my random thought train :P

Nope only picked one point out cause thats the point i has issue with. Still playing for free? sorry clock just ticked over, the EA free time has passed, ive paid in full, entered my code my 1st 30 days of Paid time (included with purchase of the game) started. It's not that im "missing a few hours" its that ive only had a few hours, because of one fuck up or another in each stage, oddly enough each of these errors are related to the same thing, not enough capacity on the servers, they knew it in beta stage 4, they ended with this issue not fixed..

And they only now decided to start trying to address it? GW2 rolled out 10 new servers over the day of launch to accommodate new accounts and characters being created, SE had no plan prepared at all.

You bought their game, not only that, you're all playing for free, we have an entire month, A MONTH, 30 days, of playing this game, with no extra cost, on top of that we're getting extra free days, so missing out half a day or so of playing because the server is full is not going to kill you.

Free? no your mistaking included with purchase as free. Buying the game includes 30days of play. Does for every single p2p mmo in the history of gaming. We got nothing free (aside from early access, but one could say that was an included feature for ordering early too). Not missing half a day, in my time zone im missing the whole bloody day.
