    I was in queue for the chat, and made it to my turn. Then it says there are no agents available...

    Why dont these idiots just make a patch on the Mog Station that allows us to combine the Collectors edition. Or fix the random creation of 2 FFXIV services.

    I was told to stay on the line if it says no one is there, apparently they should eventually get to you.

    Just waited for about 3 hours on the phone and finally got through. I got an extremely helpful guy that sounded tired as hell and he sounded extremely surprised that I was polite. I know this is frustrating as hell guys, but when you finally get through, just remember that the customer service guys are just doing their job. Please don't take out your frustrations on them.

    You're right. I hadn't heard from them since I created my ticket on Monday and tried to figure out what was going on. Caught up on Boardwalk Empire while I waited. My point was that these guys are just CS people trying to do their job, don't rip into them because we (us) made a mistake.

    You are mistaken I think. All the ridiculous queue time are for the US support. The UK support hotline has no queue time at all. Both time I called the guy picked up right away after pressing 1 for FFXIV issues
