Getting old fast. These problems came up in beta and instead of fixing it they took our money and are laughing all the way. If they don't fix this soon I don't even care if they "eventually" fix it, it'll be too late.

Too many players is not easy to fix. New servers are coming in a couple days.

I'd be happy if they do what other MMO's have done and compensate some days.

We are paying for access to the service, and at this point, we can't access any part of the service, besides the title screen, as I can't even make a new character on a different world...

They're probably waiting to fix the issues if they announce anything like that. No one's service is ending anytime soon, 1.0 players still have another week and new purchasers have a month. People with code issues are a different matter and that needs to be sorted out by customer service.

Well of course, I did not say I want it now, hence why I left my feelings it in a future tense... it takes time. I am just hoping they do take this into consideration.

It would surprise me if they didn't. They gave 1.0 players the game for free for months while they desperately tried to make it better.
