they removed the game from sony store .. dose that mean i have to buy it again because i deleted everything on ps3 to reinstall it again hoping to fix this issues ..

the total lack of response on this from anybody at sqex is unacceptable i cant believe
how this can have gone on for so long with out a single response from them we are all aware that fixes have to go through testing and quality control but at the moment the overall impression there giving is that the problem is being ignored i had to wait 18 hours for an acknowledgement that a support ticket had been logged with no indication when it will be looked at . i'm loosing my patience with this which is a shame as i liked what i sore in beta enough to cancel my subscription to another mmo now it feels like i made a huge mistake

With regards to the original poster, that SS actually doesn't prove anything. In fact, it shows a beta account registration for ffxiv and not an actual game subscription. Did you actually play live 1.0 and pay for the game?

This sucks.....sony came with a notice on their blog about halt sales of the game on psn...but they say :
"Please note that this does not affect users that have already purchased the digital download version or those who wish to purchase the physical retail version. "
This is a lie...bullshit
The problem is that we have faulty licenses. This issue happened with the American preorders from the 13th to the 15th. They send them new licenses through a XMB Message. So until they send us new ones we can't do anything.
This happened on saturday, I can't understand how they need several days now to react to the same exact issue.
This isn't just a pan issue its also effecting 1.0 owners who only show beta access on their accounts and no way to play short of starting a new service account and repurchasing the game

So I see that the NA/EU PSN Maintenance is over... and so I tried again on PS3... and guess what?!
YES!!! It's still giving me "No valid service account..." error, despite I could play it last night on my Windows client!!!! Did I just buy a dud from PSN?!?!?! So who is it at fault then? Sony? SE? Both?
At this stage, it's very SE's fault as their support team hasn't replied to my support tickets regarding "No valid service account" - worse is, I can't even change the SQEX ID on PS3 as it is greyed out!!!
