    As my issue isn't quite fully sorted yet I'm getting curious...

    How many of us have managed to get this issue sorted?
    How long did it take from getting your first ticket to the end resolution?
    Did you just wait, go via Live Chat, call one of the phone numbers, a combination of 2 of these, or did you do all 3?
    And, finally, are you happy with the service you've received throughout this debacle?

    Status: As of Aug 29, 2013, I'm totally ****ed off with SEE Agent Julien or SEE Agent Pierrre or whoever that ****head is on SE Live Chat. If anyone knows the direct email address for Square Enix Customer Service please let me know.

    Actually, my issue was only partially resolved... While all seems well on the Mog Station and the Lodestone, I cannot log into the game with my Phase 4 character (error 3108). I had to bring the issue with EU Chat Support again and it was escalated once again.

    Just got off the phone with SE. called at 9pm PST and had to wait about 15 minutes. Basically they'll tell you two things.

    They can delete the beta account and put preorder items on your CE account, which deletes your character.. or they can merge everything which could take up to two weeks, but could be faster. I asked him if the ones doing the mergers are from the US and he stated that he thinks the ones doing the merges are from Japan.

    So basically until you call and have them escalate it through the phone, the Japanese guys don't even get the request to do such a thing basically. So if you're just waiting around hoping your account gets merged, it will probably take a very very long time if not ignored.

    Ok this chat crap is really confusing me.

    I filled out the ticket and it shows up on the site I can see it listed on the side.
    But when I submitted it, it says chat is currently unavailable and gives me no indication as to what to do next!

    Do I just keep the window open>?
    Do I re-submit until chat is magically available...?

    Every time I resubmit its creating a new ticket. -_-
