Had the same thing as well. He only asked me for the registration code which I no longer had since it was a Digital CE and I deleted the email after using it. ^_^ But then again I did give him the ticket number I got when filling out that form so maybe he got the information he needed from that.

If i become one of the agent on SEE, i would be an arrogant prick too, it's tiring to deal with many people at the same time.
But that can't be an excuse, that is their job to deal with it, and retain their composure.

Is everyone doing this through FFXI live chat? I'm currently 84 in queue, wanted to make sure the wait isn't worthless :x

Phew. Had jury duty this morning, got home 3 minutes before phone lines opened.. had a auto redial app setup to keep calling when i hungup. Got through right as they opened and didn't have to wait. Ticket escalated, hopefully as some people have said its taken upwards of 12 hours im hoping i'll be good before the cutoff period
Also for those interested, although it is not the desirable option, he did mention they can also add your preorder bonus to the second activated account so that you can have those items, but naturally you would lose your service account 1 progression. Just food for thought for maybe a select few.

Just curious when you called (presumably the 310 number) what option did you choose? 1 for SE Account or 2 for FFXIV?Phew.
