So, if your a 1.0 player who bought the physical PC CE for the SE store, then used the code and ended up with a second service account there is nothing they can do?
Or is they can delete the service account and make the code usable by someone else?

Here's hoping the remainder of us can get this resolved today. Waited on the phone for 3 hours yesterday before it disconnected me, and made it through the chat queue twice to only get the message "no agent is available"
EU, 7 hours and still no fix, my "free" time will run out soon

Apparently the EU chat option likes to play hide and seek. It suddenly showed up after I tried again. Also saw a phone option this time.... But indeed once you can actually use the Chat Support there is almost no queue. I was second in the queue. End result is my ticket has been escalated. So now it's just a waiting game.

Shocking web design, with even worse "customer service"
Whether it gets fixed or not, it leaves a really bad taste,
I am not at all sure I want to be giving these guys payment card details and setting up subscriptions If this is what it takes when things go wrong

After my call to EU support, 6 hours later my CE has been transferred to service account one and I have 31 days remaining free trial!!
Now the questions is, do I need to cancel automatic renewal on service account two to stop it charging my credit card?
