Lost free 30 days for accidentally registered to the wrong service account?

Not sure if this been answered yet. Have a lil one running around to look, but on ps3 I entered my promo codes for pre-order items accidently on my hubby's account and now I can't get them because I did them on his. He had his own code as well, so I am out of luck. There a way to get them still?

So what happens when my pre order / early access time runs out? Am I going to loose this account and my character? I'm 46 and I reaaaaaly cant have that happen, if thats the case I'm going to head to the store and buy myself another copy (since I can even buy another one digitally)

a guy of the service on the phone confirm to me that all people who dont call or contact with chat will wait a lot because they are constantly on phone and on chat at the same time and cant read their mail.

Which means that I won't be able to play for quite a while... this is silly.

Don't worry, nothing will happen unless you delete your characters by yourself.

Ok, thanks for the replies, sorry I went through quite a few pages on this thread and didn't see the answer, there are 136 pages here now, its crazy this isnt resolved, especially now with digital sales disabled, I may actually have to bite the bullet and buy myself a physical copy! Very expensive mis click sadly.

Save yourself the money and just try your luck with SE support to fix your problem. Unless you're a v1.0er and didn't buy from the SE store, you can only do a digital upgrade to CE.

What´s the link for chat support? Can´t find it. I registered the CE in new service (stupid option!) and they don´t reply my e-mail contacts. Would like to access chat and can´t find it. (NA SERVER)

Yeah, apparently us PC physical CE buyers who had 1.0 accounts were supposed to actually get a digital upgrade, or "just buy the PS3 CE", because those can apparently be used to upgrade your account, and you can still play it on PC :/ So convoluted..
